Rental Pricing

• Bloom Bike Trike Rental: $250 Buggy/Bike: $150
• Flowers: $market value 
• Delivery & Pick-Up: $125 base (within 10 miles of Benicia)
• Extended delivery to destination will be adjusted based on mileage
• Full Setup by Vendor: $50

Estimated Total: $___ + any mileage adjustments (if delivered)

Final totals may adjust if mileage, flower quantities, or selections change.

Payment Terms

• 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure date
• Remaining balance due 7 days prior to event
• Bookings within 7 days require full payment

Flower Selection

Flower pricing includes approximately _number of bouquet builds using a curated seasonal mix. Ribbon, paper & scissors/trimmers provided to use.

Planned Flower Varieties

Flower Disclaimer

Flower colors and specific varieties are subject to change based on seasonal availability and farm supply. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made while maintaining the intended color palette and design style.

All remaining flowers stay with the client at the end of the event.

Delivery & Timing

Client agrees to have a designated contact available at delivery and pick-up times.

Bloom Bike must remain in agreed location during rental window.

Use of Bloom Bike

• Decorative display and photo opportunity
• Guests may build bouquets and take photos
• Sitting on bike for photos allowed with care
• Bike may not be moved once placed
• No décor may be attached without approval

Damage Responsibility

Client assumes full responsibility for Bloom Bike and display items during rental period.

Damage, theft, or missing items will be invoiced at replacement cost.

Weather

Outdoor setups require adequate cover if needed.

Vendor may adjust placement for safety.

Insurance

A Certificate of Insurance is available upon request.

If a venue requires a certificate, a processing fee of $15–$25 will be added.

Cancellations

• Deposits non-refundable
• Cancellation within 7 days = full balance due
• Reschedule allowed if date available if requested before 7 days prior to the event

Agreement

By submitting payment, client agrees to all terms listed above.
